The Konica Minolta bizhub C658 is an A3 colour multifunction copier rated at up to 65 A4 pages per minute in both colour and monochrome. It brings together network printing, copying and colour scanning, with a large control panel and a fast single-pass document feeder for digitising two-sided originals.

Print and scanning

Konica Minolta rates the single-pass dual scanner at up to 240 originals per minute, a figure separate from the 65 ppm print engine. The system’s ten-point-one-inch colour touch display gives access to copy, scan and print tasks. The manufacturer also lists a mobile connectivity area beside the panel for supported nearby-device functions.

System hardware

Standard memory is 4 GB. The built-in IWS platform and web browser enable supported web-based functions directly on the multifunction system. Applications can be added through the Konica Minolta Marketplace. These features are part of the C658 generation’s office workflow design, which integrates physical paper handling and electronic document delivery.

Paper and finishing

Automatic two-sided printing reduces the need to turn pages manually. Konica Minolta offers several finisher configurations: compact 50-sheet stapling, larger 100-sheet stapling, optional hole punching and booklet-making accessories. The exact output features depend on the finisher fitted to the machine. A Fiery image controller is offered for more advanced graphics and colour-control work.

Access options

Optional card-reader hardware can provide ID-card-based access to the copier. The main device supports standard print, copy and scan workflows without those optional accessories.
